Gotta Guy ("the App") is published by Amburn Media, LLC. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data Storage

All user data — including jobs, proposals, invoices, time entries, clients, expenses, and schedule items — is stored locally on your device using browser/app local storage. We do not operate a backend server or cloud database. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it (e.g., sending a proposal link to a client).

2. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:

• Name, email, and phone number — used to personalize proposals and invoices you create.
• Payment method details — Venmo username, PayPal email, CashApp tag, or Zelle info you enter so clients know how to pay you. These are stored locally on your device only.
• Job and client information — details you enter about your jobs and clients, stored locally.
• Voice recordings — if you use voice features, audio is processed for transcription and is not stored on our servers.

3. AI Features

When you use AI-powered features (estimates, proposals, message suggestions, voice processing), your input is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how that data is handled. We do not store AI request or response data on any server we operate.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt — no personal information is shared with RevenueCat.

5. Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools. We do not collect usage analytics, device identifiers, or location data.

6. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes AI feature requests
• RevenueCat — manages subscription status
• Apple App Store — processes payments

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide app functionality.

8. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. No server-side deletion is needed because we don't store your data on servers.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
